Paula Panagouleas has been through it all, so she aimed to design an app to help people like herself cultivate healthy relationships and boundaries. With everyone being more digitally rooted and emotionally tested than ever – Karmascore is here to be your tool to keep track of your relationships.

Paula Panagouleas

CEO

Paula Panagouleas Miller is the CEO for Karmascore and children’s book author. She has many years of experience managing global teams and multi-million-dollar companies through her various positions with Liberty Savings Bank, Mani, Veolia Environment, Dayton Power and Light, and Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.

Paula is a University of Dayton graduate with a background in Finance and International Business. She has also received her Master of Business Administration by graduating Summa Cum Laude from Tin University and her Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University.

Additionally, Paula has recently become a published author, re-leasing her first children’s book “Oh, My, Oh Me! Where is my Buzz, Buzz, Bee?” in January of 2020, with her second book “I Love You More” set to release within the next few months.

Paula spends her free time raising her beautiful daughter, Amelia, with her loving and supportive husband, Jason.

John Mohyi

John Mohyi

Chief Legal Counsel

John Mohyi is the Chief Legal Counsel for Karmascore and attorney for Mohyi Law. He was one of four legal researchers hired by the Michigan Council on Future Mobility to evaluate the Michigan Motor Vehicle Code for compatibility with automated vehicles. John is also the Founder of

Mohyi Labs and the inventor of The Bladeless Drone: a ducted counter-vortex radial impeller propulsion system. He is a former Program Manager of Unmanned Aerial System Operations at Detroit Aircraft Corporation and has a patent on an Impeller-Based Vehicle Propulsion System for “bladeless” propulsion.

John is a Wayne State University graduate receiving Honors Degrees in Economics and Psychology. He also received his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018 with a focus on Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and Entrepreneurial law. In addition to his professional accomplishments, John was also a 2016 contestant on Intel’s America’s Greatest Makers on TBS, a 2016 finalist in the National Inventors Hall of Fame Collegiate Inventors Competition for the invention of the bladeless drone, a 2017 finalist for the Department of Energy Cleanup Tech competition, and a winner of the SxSW Lockheed Martin HeloPitch Competition. He has also been a keynote for the future of “flying cars” at the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Intelligent Mobility Conference in London, England, the five-year anniversary of the USPTO’s Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional Oce in Detroit, and TiECon Detroit 2017.

In his spare time, he has served as a First Robotics mentor and has also been recently appointed as a board member to the West Bloomfield Zoning Board of Appeals.

Amy Marchlen

Chief People Officer

Amy Marchlen is the Chief Engagement Officer for Karmascor and is AVP of Compensation for Revantage, a Blackstone Company. She has previously held consulting roles at Hay Group and Aon Hewitt and worked in compensation at The University of Chicago Medical Center.

Amy is a John Carroll University graduate receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Management, Human Resources, and Psychology. She also received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management and MBA from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, as well as her Professional in Human Resources Certification.

In her spare time, Amy acts as the Marketing Vice President of the Junior League of Chicago, President of the Lambda Mu Chapter of Chi Omega House Corporation at Loyola University Chicago, Treasurer of the Chicago Alumnae Panhellenic Conference, and is the Educational, Cultural, and Spiritual Committee Chair of the John Carroll Chicago Alumni Chapter.

Chief Creative Director

Emily is the Chief Creative Director for Karmascore and Graphic Designer at Real Estate One. As a generalist, she has a wide array of skillsets from motion graphics to web design. She has honed her artistic skills by serving small businesses in the Clarkston area, by teaching as an adjunct instructor of Animation for the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center, and by creating video content in a previous position at Oxford Bank.

In 2020, Emily earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Multimedia Design at Kendall College of Art and Design.

Social Media Manager

Edith Mecha is a Nairobi-based Co-Founder of Safe Speaks specializing in strategiccommunication, social media management, and GBV advocacy. Edith loves using storytelling tocreate compelling content that engages target audiences. She has experience helpingcompanies increase their brand visibility through her various positions with Transparency and Accountability Initiative in DC, National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya, PALU, and Nation MediaGroup.

She is always excited to leverage curiosity and technology to achieve the best results inthe rapidly changing workplace.

Emily is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in public accounting and with a Fortune 200 company. Emily found her passion when working in Financial Planning. She loves using financial modeling and strategic planning to work with clients to develop tools to help them usenumbers to make decisions.

Emily lives in Dayton, Ohio, with her husband and two boys ages 5 and 7, enjoys hiking and running, bike riding and family time outdoors, watching Ohio State Buckeye football, and begins every day with coffee. She also serves as a board member for the Dayton YWCA.

Amber Brevig is the Chief Operations Officer for Karmascore has worked incustomer service for the last decade and has several years’ experience managing close-knit teams and being project leader through her various positions with Marriott International, Michigan State University, Pizza Ranch, and Donaldson Company.

Amber is a Simpson College graduate with a background in History and Sociology. She has also earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and has completed forty hours of training in conflict resolution and mediation.

Brian Gamble is the Chief Information Officer at both Karmascore and Veolia Water Technologies. As an IT business executive within a Fortune 500 company, Brian has gained invaluable knowledge pertaining to Information Systems and Management through his various positions at Navistar Inc., Office Technology Inc., and Veolia Water Technologies. Additionally, heserved in the US Navy.

Brian has earned his MCP, MCSE, and MCT Certifications from Miami-Jacobs Career College inDayton, Ohio. Brian spends his free time seeking out new opportunities to serve his country.
